Think ultrasound; could point of care ultrasound really change the management of critically ill patient?

Myxomas are the most common primary cardiac neoplasms. The prevalence of tumors at autopsy ranges from 0.001% to 0.3%. More than 50% benign myxomas. Approximately 7% these have genetic origin and arise as a component heritable disorder with some clinical manifestations. Over 72% benign. In adults, majority lesions Its manifestations variable nonspecific. Commonly observed symptoms signs dyspnea, orthopnea, paroxysmal nocturnal pulmonary edema, cough, hemoptysis, fatigue.
